A collection of inspiring and creative DIY bloggers are having a first annual Hometalk Thrift Benefit for Sheltered Animals Blog Tour.

A long title…so let’s cut it up into pieces.

Hometalk:  A garden and home site that brings together anyone interested in all things home with professionals, DIY bloggers.  I call it Pinterest but without the  nails and hair.  And, it’s free!

Thrift Benefit:  Did you know most communities across the country have thrift store that sponsor local animal shelter or Humane Societies?

Shelter Animals:  There are so many animals in need.  Shelters do so much with so little.

Blog Tour:  The group of DIY animal loving bloggers listed below are sharing animal related posts in a blog tour.

The Blog Tour starts Monday, October 14 and goes through Friday the 18.  So take a moment to meet new DIY bloggers and many of their animal family members, get creative ideas from thrift shop finds, or read stories concerning the wonderful animals that share our journey.
