Red Pickup with Christmas Tree Gift to You
If you follow me, you know I have a Tonka dump truck. I use it to display a load of small white pumpkins in the fall. When fall is over I displayed trees for Christmas…but it’s not red. It’s orange. I want a red pickup to tie a small Christmas tree on the back.
I’ve scoured the internet looking for red pickups with Christmas trees. Today I sharing what I found. I could use your help to pick one…or two.
Plus I made a free red pickup and Christmas tree printable as a gift for you.

Here the orange dump truck with Christmas tree and a wreath. I even added a small light to the wreath. But it’s still orange. I pondered sanding most of the orange off. But I like the patina of years of small children’s hands playing with the truck. And someday it will be fall again.
So let’s look for a red pickup! I’m open to several ideas. Pick your favorite and let me know in comments below.
Remember to download your free printable too! I made the printable using images from Creative Market.
Now let’s look for red pickups!!
This amazing red pickup works at a Christmas tree farm. While it looks like a vintage toy, it a decorative piece that would look great under the tree.
This red pickup is 7 1/2 inches long and a Ford F-150. I had a Ford F-150, but the model for this doesn’t matter to me. 🙂
When I was young, mom and dad had a pickup similar to this one. It broke. They bought another that looked the same. This one is over 9 inches long.
Other ideas for Red Pickup with a Christmas Tree
I wouldn’t mind adding the red pickup in other areas of our home too. Below are some ideas.
In my opinion, the red pickup is so popular because it’s farmhouse style. Like in this rustic burlap pillow. Two of these would be fun on our rocking chairs on the front porch.
This old pickup reminds me of the old pickup my grandparents had on the farm. The picture actually lights up! We spend evenings watching Netflix. The lighting would be cool.
Adorable Kurt Adler red pickup ornament. Would also make a great extra gift to tie on a present. Hummm!
I love the dog in the seat of this red pickup. Do you use a ton of tea towels when cooking holiday meals? I do!
I can taste the red pickup now! Isn’t this cookie cutter the bomb! I can’t wait to the decorate the cookies made with this pickup and tree cookie cutter.
DIY my red pickup??
How about if I DIY my own red pickup like Sue from A Purdy Little House!! Can you believe it was made from cereal boxes?? Sue has a complete tutorial on her website to make one.
So, let me know in comment below which one is your pick. And thank you!

I have subscribed twice to the bog but have not received my free truck printable. Really want this print as this is what my Christmas decor for this year wil be. Can you please send me a copy of the print or let me know how I can get a copy. Thanking you in advance.
I love the one right before your orange truck. I paint my Christmas card each year and was thinking that next year mine would be the red truck with the tree in the back. I just find it so cute. Thanks for sharing.
Ohhhh! Pam! A painted Christmas card! What a special treat for your family and friends. A red truck card would be adorable. Love your heart painting on your blog. I peeked over. 🙂
Do I have to choose, lol, I love them all! Thank you for the free printable, love it! I have been searching online for about 5 years now for an acceptable toy truck for Christmas and I can’t find any in my price range, most are to expensive! One day I may spot one at a thrift shop or yard sale but I’m still looking to!! Merry Christmas!!
How delightful they are!! Thank you for the download.
I like the 2nd one (red truck) but don’t think you can go wrong with any of them. Thanks for the printable!
I like the second truck and love the burlap pillow.
I’d go with either the 2nd or 3rd one…they could be used year round instead of just at Christmas. Thanks for the free printable! Too cute!
Sorry, I MEANT the Ford F 150! LOL Sheesh! I don’t know vehicle makes and models…I can’t even change a tire! KOL
The FORD F-150 is the winner in my opinion!!
You HAVE to get the red truck with the black running boards above the Ford F-150! It’s primo! Leave the orange one alone…it’s primo too…just add “snow” to it to tone down the orange. All options were cute though!
I signed up and still can’t get the printable. Suggestions?
I’d have to go with the Ford F-150. “Cause we used to have an old blue one. It survived our adventures in Alaska and the hubs trip on the Alcan Highway all the way home to Alabama. That is one long hard trip if ya don’t know! (me and the baby flew home via airplane!) Well, baby is 39 years old now (he was born while we were stationed there in Alaska)and is the coldest natured in the family. I tease him he got a chill at birth and has never completely warmed up since! Anyhoo, Ford F-150s hold a special place in my heart.
Love the first 2, however, you can use the second one all year. Thanks for the free printable! Love your blog!
