8 Quick 2 Ingredient Dips
I’m barely getting this post up before the super bowl starts.
But if you too are rushed this is perfect for you. 8 quick 2 ingredient dips. Ingredients that you may have in the pantry or fridge.
So here it goes.
8 quick 2 ingredient dips
Pizza Dip
Pizza Dip. Grab a jar of your favorite pizza sauce and dump into a microwave safe bowl. Top with about 1 cup of shredded Italian cheese and heat until cheese melts. For dipping chips are okay, but warmed pre~made pizza crust cut into sticks…perfect!
Sun Dried Tomato Dip
Sun Dried Tomato. I love sun dried tomatoes and find many ways to used them. Add about 1/2 cup sour cream to a small bowl. Using a fork pull out about 1/3 cups dried tomatoes onto a couple layers of paper towels. Press the tomatoes between paper towels to remove some of the oil. Add tomatoes to sour cream and mix. Veggies and herb type crackers are great to dip into the sun dried yumminess!
Pesto Dip
Pesto. A jarred pesto and cream cheese make a delicious dip or spread for lightly toasted bread. Add four ounces of cream cheese to a bowl and top with 2 tablespoons of pesto. Mix and press with a fork. You could use a mixer, but I need the arm exercises. 🙂
Light Blue Cheese Dip
Light Blue Cheese. I like blue cheese…almost. So I mix about 1/2 cup of ranch dressing to a heaping tablespoon of Gorgonzola cheese to made a bit milder dip. Perfect for those buffalo wings.
Hot and Cheezy Dip
Hot and cheesy. Mix about 1/2 cup of a jarred or boxed cheese product with 1/2 cup canned tomato with green chiles or if you’re brave habanero peppers! Tortilla chips that you warm lightly are perfect.
Black Bean Dip
Black Bean. Add about 3/4 cup rinsed canned black beans to a bowl. Mash a few beans with a fork. Top with 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa. Yum!
Onion Soup Dip
Old Family Favorite. My family has been mixing sour cream with a powdered soup mix forever! Yours too? Two ingredients of perfection!
Heavenly Fruit Dip
or as my son called it, Awesome Sauce!
Heavenly fruit dip! If you could taste heaven, this dip would be what heaven tastes like. In a mixing bowl mix a container of frozen whip topping {unfrozen} and a jar of marshmallow cream. Mix on medium until the lumps of marshmallow are gone. Above the brown stick is brownie edge. I cut off the hard edges of my brownies and use them and bananas to dip. This heavenly stuff is great with all fruit, cookies and even makes a perfect and easy frosting.
That’s it! Did I make it before super bowl started? Barely!
Let’s get dipping!

Love these, but I have two more. Instead of whipped topping and marshmallow creme, try marshmallow creme and softened cream cheese. Gives it just a little bit of a tangy flavor that is great with any kind of fruit. The other one is to mix salsa and sour cream together. The sour cream cuts the heat of the salsa and makes a creamy/chunky dip.
Okay Deb, I just wrote your two down! I never thought about cream cheese with marshmallow creme, yum. I do tend to mix my sour cream into my salsa on top of my food like nacho, but it’s because I don’t like the salsa Mike likes. I never have mixed them for a dip. Thank you! 🙂 Jeanette
