This is my number one reason for living a creative life. I started the blog to help keep my mind sharp. Everything here I created.

I have three deep areas of interest. Creativity, happiness, and dementia. We can learn, develop and practice happiness. Creativity is a learned skill. Creative people tend to keep Dementia at bay.
