#1 Greens and plants in simple farmhouse style
I do NOT have a green thumb. If you’re the same, I found these spots of green and several others here.
#2 Wire baskets adding a bit of industrial farmhouse decor.
Wire baskets work in every single room. Line up at your entry for shoes, use in the kitchen for veggies, organize unmentionables in the bedroom. 🤭
#3 White classic farmhouse pitchers
Creamy white pitchers have said farmhouse style for years. Haven’t you heard your pitcher say that? Listen close.
Pitchers work in every room too. Plus, they are amazing with flowers, real or fake.
#4 Tea Towels
Tea towels run through my kitchen like the house is on fire. Amazon is my tea towel store unless we’re on vacation. Then I buy them for temporary souvenirs. Here are a few tea towels for spring decor in the kitchen.
#5 Crafts to create my farmhouse style
Amazon is my #1 craft store. Do realize we live in a small town with a couple of aisles in Walmart with crafts and a dollar store. My heart can barely take walking into a Michael’s or Hobby Lobby!! So a browse the aisles of Amazon for the crafts. This double-sided tape is sooo helpful around the craft room. I can stick a lightweight frame on the wall and when I want to change things up, it pulls right off. No damage to the paint. Plus, it’s reusable!
How many times do you find yourself overwhelmed and not sure where to start to get your home in shape? These tips will help you decide which home project to do first.
#6 Farmhouse Finds – Frames
I use a lot of thrift store frames in my decorating and DIY projects. But there are times when I need a collection of frames. That’s when I turn to Amazon.
#7 (AWESOME) I adore this buffalo check tablecloth.
This perfect color buffalo check tablecloth is a favorite around Country Design Style. Some days it’s actually a tablecloth! It’s so awesome that I kept the ribbon wrapped around it to hold the label in place.
#8 The sweetest tissue box ever
The little plastic tissue box turns farmhouse tissue box with a wrap of twine. Most anything turns farmhouse with a wrap of twine.
#9 A touch of modern farmhouse
This modern farmhouse rocker needs a home in my craft room at Country Design Style.
#10 is Otis’s favorite
Otis has a strange obsession with this farmhouse letter board. Anytime I’m working on a new sign, Otis has to “help.” He doesn’t eat the letters, or use his paws to help add the letters, he doesn’t even run away with letters. He just has to watch very closely. He’s a strange little guy.
