Usually a blogger or small group of bloggers decide on a theme, dates and number of bloggers to include.  They put together a signup sheet the bloggers for the tour.  Tours usually go for 5 days.  Each day when you visit a blogger on the tour the post will have links on the bottom for other bloggers.  All you have to do as a reader is sit back, read, enjoy stunning pictures, comment and click over to the next blogger.

How fun  is that!
